Starting Point

What Is Starting Point?

If you’re new to Christianity, or far along in your faith but facing questions about faith and Christianity, Starting Point is just that: a great place to start. Starting Point groups offer the space and time needed to wrestle with doubt, faith, questions about the Church, and what it means for you. Trained leaders guide groups of 10-12 adults in weekly discussions on your questions about faith.

Why Should I Consider Attending Starting Point?

As believers explore faith in Jesus, a lot of questions can come up. Starting Point is designed to be a space where you can ask these questions in a supported environment, led by others who have been in your shoes.

Who Attends Starting Point?

Anyone new to Christianity or simply exploring or asking questions about faith is welcome. Groups of 10-12 are formed and meet together throughout the 8 weeks.

Where Is Starting Point Held?

Starting Point takes place on Sundays at Buckhead Church. There is also a virtual option available. Signup for Starting Point here, and a Buckhead Church member will be in touch to share more information.

When Is Starting Point?

The groups meet weekly for 8 weeks. There is an in-person group that meets on Sundays at 10:30 am and a virtual group that meets on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm.

How Do I Get Started?

You can sign up online, or attend the monthly orientation meeting (check the website for upcoming dates) to learn more.
