Volunteering to help with the Parish School of Religion at Christ the King allows the parish to give the kids a well-rounded education about God. Students learn to fully understand who God is and how he loves us.
Why Should I Volunteer With Parish School of Religion?
To teach the children about God, the parish school of religion desires volunteers who are willing to commit their time to activities that will strengthen a child’s relationship with God.
Who Is Invited to Volunteer?
Any teen or adult that is interested. Any adult volunteering with youth must have passed a background screening through the Archdiocese of Atlanta and attended VIRTUS Protecting God’s Children (PGC) training.
Where Is Parish School of Religion Being Held?
PSR is normally held in the school.
When Do I Have to Volunteer?
Through the academic school year.
