What Is the Adult Choirs?

The Cathedral Choir provides music for the 10:30 am Sunday Liturgy. The Schola Nova Choir provides a mix of contemporary and traditional music for the 12:00 pm Sunday Liturgy. There is also the Hispanic Choir for that lead music in the Spanish language at the 1:30 pm mass. The Cathedral Ensemble meets for the 5:45 pm mass on Sunday who are accompanied by a variety of musical instruments. There is also a non-auditioned choir for the summer months during the 5:45 pm mass.

Why Does the Choir exist?

This choir allows the church to have an opportunity to hear the gift that these adults have. 

Who Is Invited Into the Choir?

All adults. 

Where Is the Choir Held?

 In the Cathedral.

When Does the Choir Meet?

 The Cathedral Choir sings at the 10:30 am mass held on Sundays. Rehearsals every Wednesday night, September through May. New Members are invited to audition. The Schola Nova Choir sing at the Sunday 12 pm mass and rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:20 pm. Practice time for the Cathedral Ensamble is Thursday nights and runs from September through May.
